This Guests Relations Supervisor role involves overseeing the daily operations of serviced apartments, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities. This position is crucial for maintaining efficient operating practices and promoting the services of the facility.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily apartment operations and ensure strict compliance with established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Set clear operational objectives and implement efficient operating practices across all areas of apartment management.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the facility's services.
- Advise management on optimal pricing strategies and effective expenditure control through market analysis.
- Manage basic financial records, including accurate tracking of receipts and expenditures.
- Ensure the delivery of high standards of customer service and guarantee the timely resolution of all guest enquiries and issues.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure overall facility cleanliness and presentation.
- Assign duties, schedule staff shifts efficiently, provide training, and continuously monitor staff performance.
- Coordinate necessary maintenance work, report damages promptly, and follow up rigorously on all repairs.
- Manage processes related to guest stay extensions and ensure timely follow-ups on all payments due.
- Oversee access and membership processes for amenities such as the gym and swimming pool.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive fortnightly operational reports to management.
- Remain available on call for critical issues and strictly maintain the confidentiality of all organizational information.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma in hospitality management or business management.
- Experience: 2+ year's work experience in a similar role within a hotel chain or serviced apartment background.
