Fertility Point is a team of highly qualified and internationally trained IVF consultants and senior embryologists with proven expertise in successful treatment of infertility. We are seeking a highly qualified Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations, planning, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, planning, and reporting
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements in Kenya
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
Support strategic decision-making and business growth
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field
CPA (K) / ACCA / CIMA (K) – Mandatory
At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role
In-depth knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory requirements
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
