Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive Financial Advisory services to clients.
Offer expertise in Retirement Planning and Investments.
Perform financial planning for individuals to protect and create wealth.
Aggressively pursue and meet set sales and productivity targets.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain long-term relationships.
Work with minimal supervision while adhering to high professional standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a Diploma in related fields.
Secondary Education: KCSE certificate with a mean grade of C and at least a C- in English and Mathematics.
Experience: Prior experience in the financial services industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; aggressive and result-oriented approach.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Integrity: High level of professionalism and integrity.
Remuneration and Benefits
