Responsibilities (Your Impact)
Depending on your level of experience and the specific role you are matched with, your responsibilities may include:
- Manage daily accounting and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform organizational decision-making.
- Coordinate audits, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and maintain robust internal controls.
- Lead or support critical finance projects, such as process improvement initiatives, ERP rollouts, and the development of BI dashboards.
- Present clear and actionable financial insights to school leaders, regional managers, or Group leadership.
- Mentor and train junior staff, helping to build internal capacity and strengthen overall financial literacy.
Qualifications and Profile
We are seeking well-rounded candidates who possess the following attributes:
- Required Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
- Technical Strength: Possess a solid background in accounting, finance, or audit. We welcome applications from both junior and senior professionals.
- Digital Fluency: Comfortable and proficient using ERP systems, cloud-based accounting tools, Google Workspace, and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
- Analytical & Structured: Highly capable of translating raw financial numbers into clear, actionable insights.
