Insight Axis Africa (IAA) is seeking two Field Supervisors to lead enumerator teams, manage field logistics, and safeguard data quality for research and survey projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and supervise a team of enumerators in the field.
Run spot-checks, back-checks, and daily data quality reviews.
Manage field logistics, movement plans, and team welfare.
Report daily progress and issues to the research coordinator.
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in social sciences, statistics, public health, or a related field.
At least 2 years of field supervision experience on survey projects.
Strong command of sampling protocols and CAPI platforms (ODK, SurveyCTO, KoBo).
Excellent leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
