Entry Level Laboratory Technologist

We are seeking Entry Level Laboratory Technologists to join our team at the KENOL BRANCH, THIKA NAIROBI HIGHWAY. This role is ideal for a self-driven, proactive graduate, post-internship, or early-career laboratory technologist who is eager to learn, grow, and work in a structured, quality-driven laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, and process laboratory specimens according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy, cleanliness, and safety standards within the laboratory environment.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
• Registration: Registered with KMLTTB (Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board).
• Experience: Must have completed an internship in a busy government facility. Minimum 1 year experience required (defined as Entry / Beginner Level).
