The company is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketer to generate qualified leads and support 10% month-on-month revenue growth. The successful candidate will manage digital campaigns, optimise online channels, and ensure marketing activity contributes directly to real, billable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for business development teams.
- Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Track and report lead generation performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Client Services teams to convert leads into active clients.
- Support brand visibility, positioning, and market engagement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be measured against:
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
- Campaign ROI and cost per lead.
- Contribution of digital leads to signed contracts.
- Website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing or lead generation.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B, or collections sector is an advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics.
