Role Overview
The Design Support Specialist at Teleperformance EMEA serves as the creative force behind visually compelling sales and enablement materials, responsible for transforming complex business concepts into clear, engaging, and professionally designed visual assets. This role combines graphic design expertise with AI-powered design tools and a deep understanding of sales enablement needs to produce high-quality presentations, proposals, infographics, diagrams, and marketing collateral that elevate Teleperformance's brand and accelerate deal cycles. Based in Kenya and supporting the EMEA region, this role reports to the EVP – Sales enablement and works in close collaboration with international Business Development teams, the Playbook Content Manager, and regional sales teams across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Presentation Design & Formatting
Design and format high-impact PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, proposals, demos, and executive briefings.
Transform dense, text-heavy slides into visually engaging, easy-to-digest presentations.
Create custom presentation templates, master slides, and theme libraries that ensure brand consistency.
Develop visual frameworks for complex concepts including process flows and customer journeys.
Apply animation and transition effects judiciously to enhance storytelling.
Optimize presentations for different delivery formats (live, PDF, video recording).
Proposal & Document Design
Format professional RFP responses and business documents that combine visual appeal with compliance requirements.
Create branded document templates in Word and PDF formats.
Design compelling cover pages, executive summary layouts, and section headers.
Develop table and chart styles that present complex data clearly.
Infographics & Visual Frameworks
Design infographics that transform complex data into visually compelling graphics.
Create process diagrams, workflow visualizations, and methodology frameworks.
Develop customer journey maps and service blueprints.
Produce one-page visual summaries and executive briefing sheets.
Data Visualization & Charts
Transform raw data and analytics into clear, compelling charts and graphs.
Select appropriate chart types (bar, line, pie, etc.) based on data characteristics.
Design dashboard layouts and KPI visualizations.
AI-Powered Design & Visual Content Creation
Leverage AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, and Canva AI to rapidly generate design concepts.
Utilize generative AI for image creation, background generation, and photo enhancement.
Employ AI layout assistants to streamline formatting while maintaining creative control.
International Collaboration
Provide design support to Business Development teams across EMEA and international markets.
Manage design requests across different time zones through asynchronous communication.
Navigate cultural nuances in visual communication, adapting designs for regional preferences.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or visual communications roles, preferably supporting sales or marketing teams.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (master slides, animation, themes); strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Digital Tools: Experience with design platforms such as Canva, Figma, and AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).
Business Acumen: Understanding of B2B sales processes and how design supports different stages of the sales cycle.
Foundations: Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
