Job Description
This role is designed for a seasoned education leader ready to drive academic performance, strengthen administrative systems, and foster a high-performing school environment. As the Deputy Principal (Head of Academics & Administration), you will play a critical role in the growth and operational excellence of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Leadership: Lead the implementation of both CBC and 8-4-4 curricula.
Academic Performance: Drive student performance and academic outcomes across the school.
Staff Management: Manage teaching staff and oversee departmental leadership teams.
Operations & Compliance: Supervise school operations and ensure full compliance with educational regulations.
Institutional Growth: Enhance staff development and contribute to the overall growth of the institution.
Requirements
Must be a TSC (Teachers Service Commission) Registered professional.
5–8 years of teaching experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Possession of a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
A strong academic and administrative background.
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
