What You’ll Be Doing
As the Deployment Coordinator, you will manage the full deployment cycle for surge staff supporting humanitarian responses. You’ll be the central link between country teams, technical rosters, HR, Finance and our travel partners—ensuring every deployment is smooth, timely and fully compliant.
Key Responsibilities
System Management: Manage the global deployment tracker and request system.
Process Coordination: Coordinate the end‑to‑end deployment process — from request to closure.
Logistics: Arrange travel, accommodation and required documentation.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, real‑time deployment and travel records.
Onboarding: Provide onboarding materials and ensure all mandatory training is completed.
Roster Support: Support roster recruitment, shortlisting, and screening; monitor roster availability and proactively identify suitable candidates.
