Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead strategic projects that improve collection performance and operational efficiency.
Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and external partners.
Ensure successful implementation and transition of projects into daily operations.
Product Ownership
Act as Product Owner for operational tools and system improvements.
Define product requirements, user stories, and workflows.
Work closely with development teams to prioritize features and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
Oversee testing, rollout, and operational handover.
Process Development
Design and improve scalable operational processes for debt collection teams.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
Establish clear operational procedures and standards for collection activities.
Data & Performance
Monitor operational KPIs and project outcomes.
Use data insights to identify improvement opportunities.
Implement solutions that improve collection performance and operational productivity.
Operational Improvements
Support initiatives such as:

Requirements and Qualifications
BA/BSc/HND qualification.
3+ years of experience in project management, product management, operations improvement, or debt collection.
Experience working with technology teams or digital products.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
