Job Purpose
The Debt Collection Agent is responsible for recovering outstanding debts from customers while maintaining a professional relationship between the creditor and the debtor. The role involves clear communication, negotiation, and the use of technology to track and manage collection activities.
Key Responsibilities
Implement debt recovery solutions for clients across Kenya and East Africa.
Engage with customers to recover outstanding debts in a professional manner.
Utilize contact management technology solutions to track and manage collection progress.
Negotiate repayment plans and follow up on payment commitments.
Ensure all collection activities align with company standards and ethical practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in debt collection, credit management, or a finance-related field.
Location: Based in Nairobi.
