Role Overview
Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is the fastest growing Human Resources and Management consulting firm that offers an array of HR solutions tailored to accurately address all the human resource and management needs of organizations. They are currently seeking detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Assistants to join their team in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and process a minimum of 60 entries per day.
Sort, organize, and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project data.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reporting requirements.
Identify and report inconsistencies or data errors where necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or a related role.
Must possess a fully functional laptop.
Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum speed of 100 WPM.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
