The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is a crucial role within BIDCORO Africa Ltd. BIDCORO Africa Ltd. is a partnership between BIDCO Africa Ltd. and CORO A/S based in Denmark, formed to develop and deliver products tailored specifically to suit the needs of the East African consumer. This position is responsible for managing the customer order cycle, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high levels of customer satisfaction, particularly concerning delivery performance for both local and export markets.
