Customer Service Coordinator (CSC)

The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is a crucial role within BIDCORO Africa Ltd. BIDCORO Africa Ltd. is a partnership between BIDCO Africa Ltd. and CORO A/S based in Denmark, formed to develop and deliver products tailored specifically to suit the needs of the East African consumer. This position is responsible for managing the customer order cycle, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high levels of customer satisfaction, particularly concerning delivery performance for both local and export markets.

Key Success Factors and Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Achieve high On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance for both local and export customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through constant communication and quick resolutions of issues, if and when they arise.
• Support efficient coordination between Customer Service, Production, Warehousing, and Logistics.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
