Role Overview\nOur client, a 4-Star Hotel based in Machakos, is seeking to hire 2 competent Customer Service Assistants. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling enquiries, assisting clients, and managing reservations on behalf of the company to ensure a high-quality guest experience.\n\n### Core Duties and Responsibilities\n* Welcome guests, process check-ins/check-outs, and verify identities and payment methods.\n* Manage bookings via phone, email, or walk-ins, and keep the Property Management System (PMS) up to date.\n* Handle guest complaints with empathy and find quick, effective solutions.\n* Provide local recommendations for dining, transport, and sightseeing.\n* Process payments and ensure the cash drawer balances at the end of the shift.\n* Relay messages between guests and departments like Housekeeping or Maintenance to ensure room readiness.\n* Any other relevant duties as assigned.\n\n### Job Specifications and Qualifications\n* Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.\n* At least 2 years’ relevant work experience.\n* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.\n\n### Key Competencies\n* Good communication skills (written and verbal).\n* Active Listening skills.\n* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.\n* Strong organizational skills.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: using the position as the subject of the email.
