Job Description
Hillside College is a modern and progressive college delivering high quality education and training, located in Nairobi, Kenya.
This role is for a results-oriented and self-driven professional to join the team, specifically recruiting for Jobplus Medical and Health Science college within the Hillside College structure, for the position of County College Marketer.
The jobholders will be responsible for running the Institute’s marketing campaigns and student enrollment drives in their respective assigned areas (Counties/Constituencies).
Compensation Structure and Requirements
We are strictly looking for applicants who are residents of the respective areas and who are willing to accept the following performance-based terms and conditions:
A fixed retainer of KES 10,000 per month.
A commission of Ksh 1,000 for every additional enrollment in excess of 10 students per month.
Travel/administrative allowance of KES 200 per enrolled student.
A student qualifies as enrolled upon payment of a minimum of Ksh 3,000 school fees.
Marketers are expected to achieve at least 10 admissions per month.

Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing plans in liaison with the Marketing Officer.
Timely distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
Generating live leads and making follow-ups to be able to convert them into business.
Advise on the creation of advertisement and marketing materials to promote the college.
Participate in the evaluation of marketing activities to measure its effectiveness.
Implementation of Go-To market campaigns to reach the target market in a timely manner and ensure targeted enrollment.
Prepare monthly marketing reports on all implemented marketing activities and develop a continuous improvement strategy.
Participate in the preparation of marketing budgets.
Implement plans aimed at strengthening relationships with media organizations to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the institutional brand.
Plan and execute marketing activities using digital platforms such as websites, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ad, and provide social media performance monitoring reports to enhance planning for future marketing activities.
Required Competencies and Qualifications
Degree or Diploma qualification in Marketing.
Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
Thorough networks in the media fraternity.
Ability to meet stretched targets.
