GoCare Training Institute (GTI), an educational wing of GoCare Kenya (established in 2011), is seeking a dedicated Cook / Catering Officer to join our team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established menus and standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring supplies are ordered and stocked efficiently.
Strictly follow food safety regulations and institutional health standards.
Coordinate catering services for institute events or special functions as required.
Requirements
KCSE Certificate.
Relevant professional certificates in catering, food production, or a similar field.
Prior experience as a cook or in an institutional catering role is preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
