Job Description
AIC Kijabe Hospital was established in 1915 and has grown into a multi-specialty level 6B National Tertiary Teaching and Referral Hospital with a bed capacity of 363. Sponsored by the Africa Inland Church, Kenya, the hospital serves patients from across Kenya and other African countries.
The hospital is currently seeking a Continuous Development Professional (CPD) Intern to join its team. This role is intended for individuals looking to gain experience in professional development administration and office procedures within a large-scale healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
While specific duties are not exhaustive in the posting, a CPD Intern is generally expected to:
Assist in the administration and coordination of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training sessions.
Support the maintenance of accurate training records for medical and administrative staff.
Handle modern office procedures, including documentation and filing related to professional development programs.
Support internal communications regarding upcoming training and development initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of modern office procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
