This role is ideal for individuals with experience in compensation and taxation who possess strong English communication skills and are looking to build an exciting career in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Process and manage compensation for multiple clients with high accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Handle payroll deductions, statutory levies, and all related calculations.
Provide system navigation support and answer compensation-related queries for clients.
Prepare comprehensive quarterly and year-end reports.
Maintain professional, timely, and high-quality customer service standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in compensation, payroll taxes, or similar roles is mandatory.
Education: A BA/BSc/HND degree is required. A related degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or HR is a strong plus.
Certifications: Professional certification in a relevant field is highly preferred.
Language: Advanced or strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational prowess, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Experience: Previous experience in a customer service environment is required.
