The Cluster Digital Marketing Manager role involves developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap specifically tailored to luxury guest expectations for Hyatt Regency. This position is crucial in driving omni-channel strategies to increase brand visibility, direct bookings, and ancillary revenue across various services like spa, dining, and events. The manager must partner closely with sales, revenue, and guest experience teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are fully aligned with the overall commercial goals of the cluster.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap tailored to luxury guest expectations.
- Drive omni-channel strategies to increase brand visibility, direct bookings, and ancillary revenue (spa, dining, events).
- Partner with sales, revenue, and guest experience teams to align digital marketing with overall commercial goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Performance Marketing
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across PPC, paid social, programmatic, video, OTT/CTV, and display advertising in alignment with identified preferred agencies.
- Optimize campaigns to meet KPIs including ROI, ROAS, CPC/CPA, and revenue contribution.
- Develop re-targeting and lookalike audience strategies to maximize guest acquisition.
SEO, Content & Reputation Management
- Lead SEO and local SEO strategies (on-site and off-site) to drive organic visibility.
- Oversee development of engaging content, including short-form video, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.
- Monitor and manage online reputation across Google reviews, TripAdvisor, and social listening platforms.
Analytics & Optimization
- Own digital performance reporting using Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Conduct A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and funnel analysis to maximize conversions.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Oversee digital agencies and vendor partnerships, ensuring delivery against goals and alignment with brand standards.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and measure partner performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 6–8+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar digital budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Expertise in tracking and analytics platforms, paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and CRM/automation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media strategy, influencer marketing, and reputation management.
- Exceptional project management, leadership, and communication skills.
