Where You Could Work
You’ll be placed into one of the following key teams:
- Corporate Coverage: Partnering with top-tier multinational, local and middle-market clients to deliver tailored banking solutions – from cash management, and trade financing to lending, capital markets, and advisory services.
- Financial Institutions Coverage (FIC): Partnering with a diverse client base across banking, insurance, asset management, public sector, and private equity. The team plays a key role in delivering solutions across financing, risk management, cash and securities, and investment strategies.
Roles

As part of our assessment process, we help you learn more about the opportunities and determine which best suits your skills, attributes, and interests. Whichever route you take, you’ll gain hands-on experience and become an integral part of the team.
1. Assistant Relationship Managers
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Senior Relationship Managers in the execution of deals.
- Coordination between clients and product partners.
- Account planning and business approvals.
- Sales responsibilities will be assigned to you.
- Working with multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities.
2. Credit Analysts
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Relationship Managers in managing risk.
- Structuring deals.
- Monitoring existing clients.
- Gaining a deep understanding of our CIB products and how they are structured.
- Conducting credit, financial, and industry risk analysis.
- Learning about environmental, sustainability, and reputational risk types and how we manage them.
