As a Centralized Credit Executive at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group, you will be responsible for obtaining and evaluating information for loan applications and managing the end-to-end credit process. This role involves direct interaction with applicants to explain credit options and terms, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies. You will also play a key role in marketing financial products and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution.
Responsibilities
Applicant Engagement: Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the process.
Customer Education: Explain different types of loans, credit options, and terms to customers.
Information Gathering: Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
File Maintenance: Review and update credit and loan files; ensure loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy.
Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to meet customer needs.
Verification: Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation.
Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Business Development: Market financial products to individuals and firms, promoting services that meet customers’ needs.
Reporting: Update and prepare daily reports; send statements of delinquencies to the credit bureau.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: A graduate degree in Commerce or Finance.
Experience: Between 4-6 years of experience in the Banking or Asset Financing Industry.
Exposure: Mandatory credit management exposure.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of retail finance.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
