Job Description
Jim Africa Exhibitions is one of the leading exhibition and events stand contractors in East Africa and Africa at large with an experience of over 16 years in the industry; creating beautiful, functional and attractive exhibition stands / booths. They are currently seeking skilled Carpenters to join their team in Nairobi to assist in the construction and assembly of specialized event structures.
Role Overview
The role involves the construction, assembly, and installation of specialized exhibition booths and event stands. The successful candidates will be responsible for translating design concepts into high-quality physical structures that meet client specifications and branding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Constructing and assembling high-quality exhibition stands and booths.
Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials according to technical drawings.
Ensuring all structures are functional, attractive, and built to safety standards.
Collaborating with the design and production teams to execute project goals within tight event schedules.
Assisting in the on-site setup and dismantling of exhibition stands.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND degree.
A comprehensive 1-page CV.
