Jubilee Insurance, the largest composite insurer in East Africa handling Life, Pensions, General, and Medical insurance, is seeking a Care Navigator to join its team in Nairobi. This role is ideal for a clinical professional with a strong understanding of the healthcare system and insurance concepts. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating the complexities of healthcare policies and medical terminology to support clients and ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Must be a Degree or Diploma holder in Clinical Studies.
Experience: At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of two (2) years specifically within a clinical setting.
Insurance Knowledge: Possession of a basic understanding of insurance concepts and principles.
Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and related software packages.
Industry Expertise: A robust understanding of the healthcare system, including insurance plans, medical terminology, and relevant healthcare policies and regulations.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, necessary for effective interaction with clients, healthcare providers, and internal colleagues.
