Business Intelligence Specialist

About the Role\nEzra is looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join and extend our BI team. The core responsibility of the team is managing internal and external reporting. In this role, you will be gathering inputs and requirements from relevant stakeholders, evaluating their feasibility, and designing solutions that meet these requirements while fitting into our existing reports portfolio. This position involves both data pipeline design and implementation using Python, as well as data visualization and report creation in Tableau.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and implement desired reports.\n* Develop, deploy, and maintain ETL pipelines in Python.\n* Create various data visualizations in Tableau as a major part of the role.\n* Suggest appropriate statistical approaches for measuring company KPIs.\n* Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* BA/BSc/HND degree.\n* Minimum of 2+ years of relevant working experience.\n* \n * Working proficiency with Python or other programming/scripting languages.\n * Advanced proficiency with SQL and working knowledge of RDBMS (including performance optimization).\n * Experience with GIT and Microsoft Excel.\n * Familiarity with report creation using Tableau.\n * Familiarity with Linux (Debian preferred) and Windows environments as both a user and developer.\n\n### Ideal Qualifications (Nice to Have)\n* Deep understanding of PostgreSQL database systems.\n* Knowledge of software development best practices.\n* Experience with Windows and Debian server administration.\n* Proficiency in Java or C/C++.\n* Proficiency with Docker or other containerization solutions.\n* Deep knowledge of the Tableau ecosystem.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online by visiting the application link provided below.
