Emerge Egress Consulting (EEC) is a Management and Training Consulting firm established in 2017. EEC specializes in offering tailored and proficient HR Management training and team building services. The firm examines issues of concern in depth and specializes in training that addresses the demand for potential success of Government, Local authorities, and private sector clients.
This role is centered around expanding the company's client base and market presence, driving sales, developing and executing strategic business development and marketing initiatives, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Role Objective
The primary objective is to achieve individual and team sales targets, develop comprehensive strategies, ensure timely submission of tenders and bids, and identify emerging markets for expansion.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality sector.
- Develop strategies specifically designed to generate high-quality leads for our clients.
- Prepare and manage all communications and ensure a high-quality experience throughout the pre-engagement, during, and post-engagement phases.
- Foster relationships with community organizations, businesses, and vendors/providers to build partnerships and referral networks.
- Manage comprehensive digital marketing efforts, encompassing social media presence, email campaigns, and website content maintenance.
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials, ensuring strict adherence to brand consistency standards.
- Develop and execute business development plans aimed at expanding the service offerings.
- Analyze key marketing and business development performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to develop and implement customer-centric initiatives and solutions.
- Work alongside the management team to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget meticulously, ensuring the cost-effective use of all resources.
- Train and supervise the client service and marketing team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor competitor activities closely and provide strategic insights necessary to improve the market position.
- Prepare regular, detailed reports on all marketing and business development activities and their outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with the customer service team to significantly enhance patient/client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the regional market, including developing partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand our client base, increase visibility, and enhance market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to pinpoint opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and successfully achieve defined business objectives.
- The role also involves managing customer databases, developing monthly interactions, managing communication, preparing reports and establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with deliverables.
- Any other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
