This full-time position reports directly to the Head of Business Development and is crucial for coordinating all operational and commercial activities within the Nairobi branch.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all branch activities, which include:
- Driving Business Development initiatives.
- Managing Key Accounts strategically.
- Handling People Management responsibilities within the branch.
- Ensuring exceptional Customer experience.
- Executing local Marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Overseeing general branch Administration.
Minimum Job Requirements
For appointment to this position, one must fulfill the following minimum criteria:
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business management or its equivalent (BA/BSc/HND).
- A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, with at least two (2) years held in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated Business Development experience is mandatory.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision (self-management).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
