This role involves serving as a Business Development Officer based at the Bondo Branch, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development. This key position is responsible for coordinating and managing all functional activities within the branch.
Core Responsibilities
The incumbent will be tasked with coordinating and overseeing all branch activities, which include:
Business Development initiatives and strategy implementation.
Key Account Management to retain and grow high-value client relationships.
People Management, including staff supervision, motivation, and development.
Ensuring an excellent Customer Experience across all services.
Implementing local Marketing efforts to promote AA Kenya’s services.
General branch Administration and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
For appointment to this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 4 years’ experience, with at least two (2) years of this experience gained in a demonstrable leadership role.
Proven Business Development experience.
Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated Leadership qualities.
