Business Development Officer - Taveta

Equity Afia is a network of qualified and experienced doctors who operate as medical entrepreneurs, aiming to provide high quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to the majority of Kenyans. This role, the Business Development Officer for Taveta, is essential for expanding the market reach and achieving revenue targets for the medical centre in the Taita Taveta region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years’ working experience in a similar role.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the healthcare industry (Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, and Insurance are an added advantage).
• Ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare environment.

Desirable Competencies

• Proven track record of meeting sales or expansion targets.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, products, and services.
• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
