Job Description

AA Kenya is the oldest and largest automobile association in Kenya with over 100,000 members and branch offices in all major towns countrywide. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the position holder will take full ownership of branch operations, providing strategic, operational, and commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Leadership: Oversee the full spectrum of branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
Business Development: Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Customer Experience: Champion exceptional customer service and uphold AA Kenya’s brand promise.
People Management: Lead, coach, and inspire branch teams to achieve high performance and accountability.
Marketing & Brand Visibility: Execute localized marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.
Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance, effective administration, and seamless day-to-day branch operations.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operations.
