Business Development Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Business Opportunities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets, customers, and partnerships.
• Strategic Growth: Actively seek out new collaborations, licensing agreements, and strategic alliances to expand the company’s product portfolio and market reach.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, healthcare organizations, regulatory authorities, and partners.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Engage in effective negotiation and contract management to secure new business deals and ensure favorable terms.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to develop strategic plans and recommendations for business growth.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for all key client matters, ensuring timely and accurate communication and addressing any issues swiftly.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and healthcare teams, to deliver solutions and achieve mutual success.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Business, Pharmacy, or any other related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in sales and key accounts management.
• Strong numerical proficiency, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
