We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify, approach, and onboard institutions within assigned market segments, develop strategic plans, and build strong B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach and onboard institutions within the assigned market segment.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans for the segment.
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Drive B2C channel partnerships (where applicable) to grow end-user adoption.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.
Lead contract negotiations and close partnership agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Track and report performance metrics, revenue growth, and pipeline development.
Represent the company at industry events, forums, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management within the assigned market segment.
Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C engagement strategies.
Strong network within the relevant financial services sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
