We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and deliver a minimum of 10% month-on-month revenue growth. This role is critical to our growth agenda and requires a commercially focused individual who can convert opportunities into real, billable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and close business across debt collection, BPO, call centre, and related services.
- Deliver 10% month-on-month growth in revenue from new business.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new clients.
- Work closely with digital marketing and client services teams.
- Track and report sales performance and revenue outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, collections, or BPO is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
