We are seeking a Business Development Executive to develop and implement strategic B2B business development plans aligned with company growth targets. The role involves identifying, pursuing, and securing new corporate accounts across various industries, driving revenue through long-term commercial contracts and recurring business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement strategic B2B business development plans.
Identify and secure new corporate accounts through networking, referrals, market intelligence, and cold outreach.
Drive revenue through acquisition of long-term commercial contracts.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
Conduct market mapping to identify target sectors and competitor activity.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions to existing and prospective clients.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and conversion targets.
Provide competitor insights and market feedback to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Marketing or related field.
Diploma in Marketing and Sales.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales / business development.
Strong experience in consultative and relationship-driven selling.
Demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience engaging executive-level decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business engagements.
Ability to independently source, manage, and close business opportunities.
