This is a full-time, on-site position based across Nairobi and Mombasa offices. The Business Development Executive role is crucial for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, generating essential leads, and establishing strategic partnerships to support the practice's growth.

Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in Healthcare New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to nurture relationships and manage client accounts effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and collaborating with team members.
- Attributes:
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively in an on-site setting.
- Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management is a plus.
