Job Description
Role Purpose
To provide professional beauty services and skincare consultations while promoting pharmacy-approved cosmetic and dermatological products, and supporting efficient procurement and inventory control processes in line with company standards and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Beauty Services: Deliver professional beauty services in accordance with approved hygiene and safety protocols.
Consultation: Conduct skincare assessments and recommend appropriate cosmetic and dermatological products.
Sales Performance: Drive retail sales to meet and exceed assigned branch targets.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment requests, and ensure accurate inventory records.
Professionalism: Uphold corporate image, customer service excellence, and professional conduct at all times.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Certificate or Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a structured beauty, clinic, or retail environment.
Demonstrated experience in retail sales and achievement of targets.
Knowledge of skincare, dermatological products, and cosmetic brands.
Experience in procurement, stock control, or inventory management within a retail setup will be an added advantage.
