Barista & Mixology Trainer – Hospitality Industry

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training for staff on specialty coffee preparation and presentation techniques.
• Train and mentor staff in mixology, including the preparation of cocktails and other beverages.
• Provide coaching and ongoing feedback to improve technical skills and service standards.
• Ensure all beverage preparation aligns with hospitality industry standards and service excellence.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in specialty coffee and cocktail trends to keep training content relevant.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Barista Trainer, Mixologist, or Beverage Trainer.
• Strong, in-depth knowledge of specialty coffee and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent training, coaching, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.
