The Barista is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent service to guests in our luxury setting.

Prepare and present all coffee beverages (including espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty drinks), consistently following standardized recipes and preparation techniques.
Operate and maintain professional coffee-making equipment (e.g., espresso machines, grinders), ensuring optimal performance and regular cleaning.
Deliver fast, friendly, and excellent customer service to all guests, accurately taking orders and handling inquiries.
Manage cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, service area, utensils, and equipment, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
Educate customers about various menu items, coffee beans, and preparation methods.
