Job Description
This role is for an AutoCAD Draftsman, working with a client of Nexus Staffing Solutions based along ICD Road, Nairobi. The skilled AutoCAD Draftsman will join their technical team, focusing on preparing accurate drawings and supporting comprehensive project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
Interpret technical sketches, plans, and specifications.
Revise drawings as required based on project needs.
Coordinate with engineers and site teams.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.
Ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Draftsman.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
A Diploma or certificate in drafting, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is highly desirable. Candidates with BA/BSc/HND or Diploma qualifications in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
