Job Description
The role of Assistant Architect at the County Government of Kitui is responsible for providing technical support in various stages of architectural projects, focusing on design development, documentation, and project administration. The position offers permanent and pensionable terms of service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of sketch/scheme designs and production drawings.
Interpretation of client’s requirements.
Post contract administration.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be a Citizen of Kenya.
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or an equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Possess Graduate membership with the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK).
Salary and Terms
Salary Scale: Ksh. 44,400 x 1,920 – 46,320 x 2,000 – 48,320 x 2,290 – 50,610 x 2,350 – 52,960 x 2,550 – 55,510 x 2,850 – 58,360 x 2,750 – 61,110 p.m.
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable.
