The ideal candidate will be capable of driving traffic, improving online conversions, and setting up critical tracking systems.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- : Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube. Create and manage campaign structures, audiences, and budgets.\n- : Launch product campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers. Retarget website visitors and abandoned carts. Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.\n- : Monitor daily ad performance, optimize campaigns, and analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion rates). Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.\n- : Conduct competitor and market analysis. Test creatives, copy, and audience variations.\n- : Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers. Guide the team on high-performing ad creatives and suggest viral, conversion-focused campaign ideas.\n- : Ensure branding consistency across all campaigns. Drive traffic to the website, WhatsApp, physical stores, and online marketplaces to improve online conversions and customer acquisition.\n- : Assist in setting up tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and TikTok Pixel.
