Stellar Human Resource Solutions is a Human Resource Management Consulting Company based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing administrative support for financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance: File all statutory returns including VAT, PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, SHA, and others accurately and on time.
Financial Administration: Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, expensing, and the generation of professional quotations.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive weekly and monthly financial reports.
Operational Support: Use CRM and sales tools to manage financial data and professional communication.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment and independently to meet organizational goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional Certification: CPA Part I & II (or an equivalent accounting qualification).
Experience: Proven experience in filing statutory returns and general bookkeeping.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and exposure to CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, professional communication, and interpersonal skills.
