Job Description
This immersive internship program offers masterclasses led by industry experts and thought leaders across a wide range of disciplines. Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge, develop practical skills, and network with professionals in their field. The program is designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates eager to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application.
Available Masterclasses
Applicants are invited to select one of the following specialized tracks to focus on during the program:
AI & Robotics: Exploring the future of automation and intelligent systems.
Tech-Diplomacy: Understanding the intersection of technology and international relations.
Cyber Security: Protecting digital infrastructure and data integrity.
Acting and Theatre: Developing performance skills and stagecraft.
Film and Documentary Production: Learning the art of visual storytelling and media creation.
Financial Literacy and Investment: Including entrepreneurship, wealth management, and financial planning.
International Trade & Policy: Analyzing global market dynamics and policy frameworks.
Program Highlights
Duration: 3 weeks.
Cohort Dates:
Session 1: 4th to 22nd May 2026
Session 2: 5th to 23rd October 2026
Format: In-person and virtual masterclasses, workshops, and networking sessions.
Delivery: Hybrid model involving locations in Nairobi, Kitale, and Malindi. Virtual access is available for candidates not located in Kenya.
Interview/Onboarding: April and September 2026.
Eligibility and Requirements
The program is open to recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates in the following areas:
Diplomacy, Business, Marketing, and Commerce (B-Com), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Fine Arts and Film, Media Technology, Finance and Accounting, Law, and Medicine.
Candidates must hold or be pursuing a BA/BSc/HND.
