As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play an essential role in providing guests with an exceptional dining experience. You will represent the resort's commitment to high-quality service, ensuring guests feel welcome, well-served, and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and escort guests to their tables.
Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Arrange table settings and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
Prepare and present bills and process payments.
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a polite and timely manner.
