The Role: Volunteer Resource Person - Capital Markets Investor Education
The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) is a statutory agency charged with the responsibility of regulating and developing efficient Capital Markets in Kenya.
The CMA is seeking volunteers to serve as Capital Markets Investor Education Volunteer Resource Persons. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about giving back to society at the grassroots level.
This role involves conducting investor education speaking engagements targeting the general public, particularly at the County level (Nakuru), over a period of twenty-four (24) months on a part-time basis.
The main objective of this initiative is to increase awareness and participation in the capital markets by effectively engaging the various target groups. This initiative is in line with one of the Capital Markets Authority’s core mandates: to promote investor education and public awareness throughout the Country.
A small stipend will be given for each engagement, subject to terms and conditions.
