Job Description
Flone Initiative is a pan-African women-led non-profit organization working towards the realization of Safe, Accessible, Inclusive and Sustainable public transportation for all in Africa, with a particular focus on women and vulnerable groups.
We are seeking a skilled Videographer/Photographer to capture and produce high-quality visual content for a project on gender and disability inclusion in the e-mobility sector. The role involves documenting events and impact stories and turning them into compelling visuals for digital and print use.
Responsibilities
Capture and produce high-quality video and photographic content for a project focused on gender and disability inclusion in the e-mobility sector.
Document project events and key milestones.
Identify and document compelling impact stories from the field.
Edit and package visual content into professional formats suitable for both digital platforms and print media.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Film, Photography, Media, or a related field.
Proven experience in both videography and photography.
Skilled in industry-standard editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
Prior experience in storytelling within the NGO, development, or corporate sectors is highly desirable.
