Morsan HR Consulting is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team. This role is responsible for the seamless coordination and execution of client campaigns, acting as a vital link between internal creative and digital teams and the client to ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day execution of campaigns across internal teams.
Track deliverables and ensure all projects are completed on time.
Follow up with teams to maintain workflow momentum.
Flag risks or delays early to the Account Manager.
Manage day-to-day client communication on execution matters.
Prepare and share meeting agendas, status updates, and contact reports.
Support the Account Manager in client presentations and reporting.
Maintain professional and responsive communication at all times.
Manage the flow of creative and digital assets across teams.
Maintain asset trackers, approval logs, and campaign documentation.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all shared materials.
Compile weekly and monthly reports across accounts.
Maintain structured documentation and project trackers.
Ensure all reporting is accurate, clear, and submitted on time.
Support Account Coordinators and guide on priorities and processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Digital).
Contribute to improving internal workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
2–3 years’ experience in an agency (Account Executive / Project Coordinator role).
BA/BSc/HND degree.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects across different brands.
Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Experience working in a digital or creative agency.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign reporting.
Experience with asset or traffic management systems.
