Amentum is seeking a UICAP Work Coordinator to join our team in Lamu. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and sustain the NAVFAC Standard Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program for all utilities infrastructure. You will ensure the PM program is current, accurate, and fully compliant with corporate standards by evaluating, editing, and managing PM records and associated data. This role involves coordinating and directing personnel involved in maintenance planning and work management.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development: Develop and maintain the NAVFAC Standard PM Program for utilities infrastructure at the Public Works Department (PWD).
Maintenance Standards: Ensure the PM program remains current and compliant by evaluating, editing, and deactivating PM records and Job Plan data as standards evolve.
Personnel Coordination: Direct and coordinate personnel involved in PM planning, scheduling, and overall work management.
Plan Review: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review Job Plans, Routes, and the nomination of critical assets during the establishment of PMs.
Asset Integration: Ensure effective incorporation of new assets into appropriate maintenance schedules and incorporate specific equipment requirements from technical personnel.
Optimization: Continuously refine PM programs to improve scheduling, reduce costs, and increase reliability through ongoing adjustments to Job Plans and execution processes.
Data Integrity: Ensure PM data (job plans, condition ratings, meter readings) are accurate to support risk assessments, condition assessments, and productivity metrics.
Compliance & Auditing: Perform annual and ad-hoc quality assurance audits on processes and data to ensure reliability and compliance with NAVFAC UICAP standards.
Collaboration: Participate in program-related user groups to contribute to program goals and enhancements.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, or work coordination.
Proficiency using CMMS platforms, specifically Maximo™.
Familiarity with utility infrastructure preventive maintenance programs and reporting metrics (e.g., Missed PM analysis).
Knowledge of maintenance standards, job plans, and inventory management within a CMMS environment.
Must possess a valid passport (valid for at least 1 year at the time of hiring) and be able to travel internationally.
Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain fitness for the duration of deployment.
