This role is for a Tupande Area Coordinator responsible for leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the assigned Mount Kenya and Rift Region territory. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Work with your manager to maximize business results in your territory.
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team in your assigned area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales, repayment and impact goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotions and campaigns to drive sales.
- Provide leadership and coaching to sales representatives to ensure they are meeting performance targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in your assigned area.
- Participate in target setting, sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Continuously develop knowledge of the industry and stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures.
