Key Focus Areas
Team Leadership: Leading and managing regional sales teams across the country.
Sales Targets: Driving a monthly target of approximately 3,000 prepaid meters.
Network Development: Growing and supporting agent, dealer, and reseller networks.
Market Expansion: Expanding market reach across Nairobi, Mombasa, and upcountry regions.
Performance Management: Ensuring accurate daily and weekly reporting, KPI tracking, and pipeline management.
Lead Conversion: Coordinating with outsourced digital marketing teams to convert inbound leads.
Product Strategy: Supporting new product launches, including the upcoming gas meter range.
Market Intelligence: Providing market intelligence and competitor insights to management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in field sales or sales management.
Industry Background: Background in technical, engineering, metering, FMCG, insurance, or similar industries.
Performance Record: Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills: Strong CRM, reporting, and digital lead management capability.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively nationwide.
